Overview Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and event planning? Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by selling our exceptional catering services to corporate clients, social event planners, and wedding couples. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our hotel/resort.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort setting

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in event management software and CRM systems

Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
