Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for housekeeping operations
Oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping department
Ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
Train, mentor, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals
Implement and maintain efficient operational processes
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations
Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of housekeeping supplies
Monitor and evaluate department performance and implement improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends
Proficiency in housekeeping software and technology
Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
