
We are hiring an Account Manager-Electrical Services
Wesworth Electric is seeking a driven Account Manager to grow both our Service and New-Construction divisions. You’ll own your territory’s pipeline—generating leads, nurturing relationships with property managers, general contractors, and HOAs, and closing profitable deals. You’ll also ensure a smooth hand-off to our Operations team, so every project and service call delivers a 5-Star experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification
Prospect new clients through cold outreach, networking events, and visiting digital leads form our marketing department.
Qualify opportunities against revenue and margin targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Build and execute a territory sales plan to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
Present accurate, margin-focused estimates for electrical service and construction work.
Client Relationship Management
Develop rapport with decision-makers (property managers, GCs, developers, HOAs).
Maintain regular follow-up to drive renewals and upsells.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B outside sales experience (electrical, HVAC)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and customer-service skills
Self-starter with strong time-management and organizational abilities
