Digital Analyst , based in
New York .
As the Digital Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting trading, marketing, and ecommerce teams with clear, actionable insights — helping strengthen the brand’s digital foundations and fuel growth across online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across ecommerce and digital marketing channels.
Analyse onsite behaviour, traffic trends, conversion performance, and customer journeys.
Build clear dashboards and visuals that help teams understand performance at a glance.
Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to provide data-backed insights that inform trading and optimisation decisions.
Monitor KPIs across traffic, conversion, AOV, product performance, and customer cohorts.
Assist with maintaining and optimising analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, data visualisation platforms).
Conduct ad hoc analysis to uncover trends, friction points, and growth opportunities.
Support experimentation and optimisation initiatives, including A/B testing.
Help translate data into simple, commercial narratives for wider business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in ecommerce, consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and ecommerce KPIs.
Comfortable working with analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a clear story.
Curious, proactive, and collaborative — eager to support the growth of a developing digital team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
