is partnering with a consumer-focused organisation to recruit an

Affiliate Marketing Manager . This is a permanent role based in

New Jersey.

This role is well suited to an early‑career digital marketer with hands‑on experience across affiliate marketing, SEO, and social channels, looking to deepen their exposure within a CPG environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting performance growth through affiliate partnerships, organic search optimisation, and creator/UGC collaboration, working closely with eCommerce, brand, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities Affiliate Marketing & SEO

Own the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of the affiliate marketing programme, supporting performance and scalable growth.

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and creators, ensuring strong relationships and compliance.

Monitor affiliate performance, tracking, links, promotions, and attribution across platforms.

Identify and activate new affiliate, content, and partnership opportunities aligned with brand and commercial goals.

Execute SEO initiatives including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and ongoing content updates.

Partner with content, eCommerce, and marketing teams to improve organic traffic, conversion, and overall funnel performance.

Track, analyse, and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, affiliate platforms, and spreadsheets.

Apply affiliate and SEO best practices to continuously improve efficiency and ROI.

Social Media Marketing & UGC

Support social media campaigns by coordinating content needs across platforms.

Collaborate with creators and UGC contributors to ensure timely delivery, quality, and brand alignment.

Identify UGC opportunities across customers, affiliates, partners, and influencers.

Organise, tag, and maintain a centralised library of UGC assets for multi‑channel use.

Assist with community engagement initiatives to support brand awareness and performance.

Account & Partner Management

Support the management of relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and platforms.

Act as a responsive point of contact for partner queries, promotions, and requests.

Coordinate cross‑functional communication with brand, eCommerce, and product teams.

Help ensure all affiliate and partnership deliverables are executed accurately and on time.

What are we looking for?

Hands‑on experience managing affiliate marketing and/or SEO programmes.

Exposure to social media marketing, influencer coordination, or UGC content management.

Prior experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector is preferred.

Solid understanding of affiliate marketing models, tracking, and attribution.

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on‑page optimisation.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively across teams.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
