Overview The Senior Social Media Specialist leads paid and organic social strategy across multiple high-growth consumer brands—owning campaigns from planning and creative development through optimization, analytics, and ROI reporting.
You’ll be the digital voice of the brand, balancing creativity and data with a strong understanding of what grabs attention online. Key Responsibilities
Develop and plan monthly paid social campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
Own the full paid social strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok Ads, X, and YouTube.
Build, launch, monitor, and optimize ads end-to-end—targeting, bidding, creative setup, and reporting.
Design and implement A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance.
Manage and forecast the social media budget, maximizing ROI across boosts, paid ads, and collaborations.
Organic Social & Brand Leadership
Act as the digital voice of the brand across social channels.
Collaborate with the Content Lead to elevate content effectiveness and platform-specific optimization.
Bring creative, trend-driven ideas that move beyond “safe” content while staying on-brand.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting
Analyze and report monthly on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Translate data into recommendations that shape current and future strategy.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and platform changes to spot new opportunities.
Partner with leadership and the communications team to execute initiatives tied to predefined marketing strategies.
Provide strategic input on content, campaigns, and channel improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field.
4+ years of professional social media experience (organic + paid).
Proven success running and optimizing paid social campaigns.
Experience working within a defined budget and reporting ROI.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social algorithms, and platform best practices.
Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and how content behaves differently on each.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong data literacy—comfortable turning analytics into strategic action.
Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.
Strong organization + ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
