Brief Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Designer for a temp assignment, this person should understand how to translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready visual assets across print and digital channels. They will support global marketing and packaging efforts through multilingual adaptations, brand standards enforcement, and close collaboration with project management and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of creative work.
Job Responsibilities:
Translate creative concepts and ideas into visually appealing creative assets for print and digital.
Execution of production adaptation on existing designs using translations in multiple languages.
Work with the Project Management team to establish and maintain efficient processes ensuring prioritization of schedules and timely release of designs/artwork.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce production-ready mechanicals for global packaging across digital and print including advertising, emails, online banners, catalog, websites, and other creative collateral.
Create and enforce Brand standards, applying proper typography and color standards to designs for production-ready files. Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and consistency.
Partner with key stakeholders on the design and execution of presentations, providing creative solutions and innovative ideas.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
3 plus years production design experience in CPG industry.
Experience in the graphic production and printing process.
Experience and ability to generate production assets to meet required specifications for 360 design work.
Experience collaborating and supporting designers, copywriters, project managers, and other key stakeholders.
Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign required and experience using Figma preferred.
Prior experience working with translated copy in multiple languages highly preferred.
