Here’s What You Will Be Doing As an integral member of the Team, this position is responsible for: The Sales Captain will oversee 10-20 Pizza Hut restaurants. You will be a field-driven sales generator, responsible for growing local sales through community partnerships, events, catering opportunities, and grassroots outreach. The Sales Captain partners closely with Operations and Marketing to execute local sales strategies that deliver incremental traffic and revenue.

Event Management: Organize, coordinate, and attend local events, sponsorships, and community activities to promote the brand and drive customer engagement.

Brand Awareness: Implement creative strategies to raise brand visibility and awareness within targeted communities.

Community Engagement: Identify and pursue opportunities in surrounding neighborhoods, schools, organizations, and businesses to increase restaurant traffic and sales.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong business relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and partners to foster goodwill and collaboration.

Sales Tracking: Monitor and analyze the percentage of sales generated from field marketing events and community engagements; provide regular reports and insights to management.

Local Research: Conduct on-the-ground research to understand community needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends that can inform marketing strategies.

Sales Support: Actively participate in local sales efforts, including outreach, sampling, and promotional activities to drive immediate sales results.

Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant managers and the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment of local and national marketing efforts.

Education & Experience You Will Need

2+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or community relations, preferably in the restaurant or QSR industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Self-starter with a proactive, “boots on the ground” mentality.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales tracking tools a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
