Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning vacations, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
Provide destination insights, recommendations, and travel guidance
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
Coordinate reservations, confirmations, changes, and special requests with travel partners
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Qualifications
Love for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
