
This role brings Skinfix to life across digital platforms through the creation of high-quality assets for emails, ads, social content, and more. You’ll ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints, support campaign execution, and collaborate with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain brand‑aligned digital creative
Create high‑quality digital assets including website graphics, emails, paid ads, and organic social content
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative channels, both internally and with external partners, while adapting to trends, data insights, and platform best practices
Collaborate with marketing to concept, design, and execute creative for campaigns, product launches, and performance initiatives
Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication
Actively participate in weekly touch‑buses with the marketing team and collaborate on campaign 360 decks in order to fulfill design needs for brand, digital, and go‑to‑market
Create compelling original content, and edit videos for Skinfix Instagram and other social channels
Qualifications
2‑4 years of experience in brand, digital, or visual design, preferably within beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of brand systems and experience developing or evolving brand guidelines and brand books
Proven ability to design across digital, including social, with a cohesive brand POV
Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
Deep knowledge of digital‑first design, social media content creation, and platform best practices
Hands‑on experience creating and editing photo and video content for social and marketing channels
Ability to concept and produce campaign 360 decks and go‑to‑market creative
Understanding of the competitive skincare and beauty landscape, trends, and consumer expectation
Excellent visual storytelling skills with a balance of clinical credibility and aesthetic appeal
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced startup environment
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and external partners
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro); Figma experience a plus
