Luxury Leisure Sales Manager
to their team of passionate hospitality professionals
Position Summary The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for driving leisure, business travel, consortia, and wholesale revenue by developing strong relationships with travel advisors, agencies, and partners worldwide. This role requires a polished professional who understands the luxury travel landscape and can effectively position the hotel within key markets and networks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the leisure, business travel, consortia, and wholesale segments.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators, and key consortia partners (FHA, AMEX, Virtuoso, Signature, Travel Leaders, etc.).
Conduct domestic and international sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to promote the resort.
Represent the hotel and residences at trade shows, client events, and industry functions.
Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Management teams to develop targeted promotions and offers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and segment performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve or exceed annual revenue goals and maintain accurate sales reporting and account management records.
Qualifications
Must currently reside in the Palm Beach County metro area
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort sales, with a focus on leisure, business travel, and consortia segments.
Strong existing relationships with key luxury travel advisors and consortia networks.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally for client engagement and industry events.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for luxury hospitality and wellness experiences.
