
Client Relations Coordinator

The Opportunity
The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA to support our client experience, online reputation, attorney recognition programs, and public-facing case summaries. This is an individual-contributor role perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, strengthening brand reputation, and coordinating marketing-related tasks. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully on-site role in our Irvine, CA office.
Responsibilities
Assist clients through case exit process by delivering settlement checks and explaining disbursements
Conduct client satisfaction outreach and gather feedback
Request and track online reviews across Google, Yelp, etc.
Support leadership by identifying trends in client feedback and collaborating on action plans for improvement
Draft polished settlement summaries and submit results to external verdict/settlement databases
Support PR with case information for media opportunities
Submit attorneys for awards, rankings, and recognitions
Maintain attorney profiles on platforms such as Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers, and Justia
Ensure all credentials, results, and achievements remain updated for firm and attorneys
Maintain accurate records of reviews, submissions, and profile updates
Assist Marketing team with marketing and PR initiatives, including merchandise orders, PR/Marketing events, newsletter, and outreach initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Marketing or equivalent Associate's degree (Marketing preferred)
Affable, personable, and professional, as you will be interacting with clients frequently
Highly organized and self-motivated
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong emotional intelligence and client-service mindset
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
Comfortable with online platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, Avvo, etc.)
Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
Benefits
Compensation based on experience: $25.00 - $28.00 an hour
