Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners Generate consistent referrals through in-person visits, calls, emails, and follow-ups Represent B Home Care at community events and outreach opportunities Schedule and conduct in-services to educate referral partners on our services Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through assessment Track referrals, activity, and outcomes in the CRM Act as a brand ambassador for B Home Care What Success Looks Like: Consistent referral flow month over month Strong, long-term referral relationships Timely follow-up and professional communication Accurate CRM tracking and reporting on KPIs Qualifications: Experience in home care, senior living, healthcare, or related field preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a field-based role CRM experience preferred Dementia care training or CDP preferred Compensations & Benefits: On Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 - $70,000 Competitive salary with commission and bonus opportunities.
