We are Titus-Will Used Cars - Lakewood, the largest used car dealership in Lakewood with over 200 cars on our lot and over 1,200 vehicles available for you to sell! We are one of the largest and top-selling dealership groups in Pierce and Thurston County, and are looking for sales reps to join our family as we continue to grow! What We Offer 25-40% commission of payable vehicle gross profit based on volume or minimum wage if earned commission is less than Washington State minimum wage Medical/Dental/Vision 401-K retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days of employment 1.0 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40.0 hours worked 5 Paid holidays Direct deposit Qualifications At least 1 year of sales experience and/or at least 1 year of customer-facing customer service experience Available to work flexible hours and weekends Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver's license Responsibilities Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
