What We Offer 25-40% commission of payable vehicle gross profit based on volume; or minimum wage if earned commission is less than Washington State minimum wage Medical/Dental/Vision 401-K retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days of employment 1.0 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40.0 hours worked 5 Paid Holidays, subject to policy terms Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience and/or 1+ years of customer-facing customer service experience Available to work flexible hours and weekends Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver's license Responsibilities Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
