Internet Leads Coordinator

Spangler Subaru is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Internet Leads Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for online customers. This role is responsible for responding to internet inquiries, providing accurate information, and creating a positive, low-pressure experience that reflects Subaru's commitment to trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction. The Internet Leads Coordinator plays a key role in building relationships and ensuring customers feel supported from their first interaction. Key responsibilities include: Promptly respond to all inbound internet leads from the dealership website, third-party automotive sites, email, text, chat, and phone Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful responses to customer inquiries about vehicles, pricing, availability, financing, and dealership services Build rapport with customers and understand their needs without high-pressure sales tactics Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and appointments for the sales team Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure questions are answered and next steps are clear Accurately document all customer interactions, notes, and appointment details in the CRM Coordinate closely with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth customer handoff Uphold Spangler Subaru's customer service standards and brand values in every interaction Assist with handling online reviews, customer feedback, and basic post-visit follow-up as needed Qualifications and skills include: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, or automotive dealership preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and text communications throughout the day Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Preferred attributes include: Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences Familiarity with automotive terminology or willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in all situations Schedule and work environment: Dealership-based position with potential evening and weekend hours Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction
