Automotive Elegance is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, works efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicle window surfaces for installation and identify potential issues prior to tint application Safely remove and reinstall interior vehicle panels and trim as needed for proper installation Accurately plot, cut, and apply window film using industry-best practices Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish and customer satisfaction Ensure all vehicles meet safety and roadworthy standards prior to delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for tinting materials and tools Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications Collaborate with team members and assist with additional shop duties as needed Qualifications & Skills Previous professional automotive window tinting experience required Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Clean driving record required Experience with multiple vehicle makes/models and film types is a plus Willingness to continue learning through factory and hands-on training What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Performance-based bonus opportunities MondayFriday weekday schedule (no weekends) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-matching 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Factory and ongoing professional training Company-supplied uniforms Clear paths for advancement and long-term career growth Supportive team environment with modern tools and equipment This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
