Bilingual Counter Sales Agent
Snelling Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join an equipment and building supply company that has been serving the Baton Rouge area for over 50 years. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position with daytime hours, starting at $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role involves counter sales along with strong customer service skills related to accounts and building needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently communicate with people at all levels, verbally, in writing and in person. Provide effective customer service Learn, apply and communicate knowledge of products and services. Handle incoming calls from customers with questions regarding their account status. Resolve customer complaints.
