Snelling Staffing is in need of a
Customer Service Sales Representative
for a building material supply company with over 60 years of experience servicing the Southeast. This position's main goal is focusing on clerical tasks while delivering excellent customer service to vendors and consumers. Excellent for employees looking to reach their potential through productivity, creativity, and teamwork. This will be a long-term, temp-to-hire position working Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm. Pay for the position will be in the range of $18 per hour (or more depending on experience) and will offer excellent benefits when taken permanent with the company. Position Duties: Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales. Receive calls and help walk-ins with quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system. Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments. Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage. Position Requirements: 1-2 Years of Phone Order Sales Experience is desired! Strong Admin skills are a must! Experience in the Construction/Industrial field is preferred Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) High School Diploma Required / College coursework in related field is preferred!
