The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, be committed to providing an excellent customer experience, match them with the perfect vehicle, and guide them through every step of the sales process. What You'll Do:
Create customers for life by generating excitement and demonstrating customer enthusiasm Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles Go on test drives and walk-through vehicle features and benefits Maintain excellent customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business Strong pipeline management to ensure excellent two-way communication Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotion, and pertinent trends Meet and exceed monthly sales targets What You'll Bring:
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed High level of detail orientation and accuracy Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and utilizing other technology applications as required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Benefits
