Provide administrative and organizational support to the Customer Service, Branch Compliance, & Finance teams. Duties include general clerical, coordination of field technician information, supervision, and assistance with the field technician invoicing process, to include all direct communication with field technicians, and special departmental projects. Essential Functions
Assess field technicians' information and data for accuracy, enter the information into the company's systems and keep the field technician's information current and up to date in the company's database. Meet or exceed minimum required KPI standards for the job as follows. KPI - Acquisition of new field technicians under contract on a quarterly and annual basis. KPI - Contract administration time. Percentage of time spent from initial contact to signed agreement and uploaded into Great Plains. KPI - Percentage of renewals. KPI
Field Technician labor and trip charge percentage of increase and decrease. KPI
Field Technician rating process updated and complete. Communicate and or negotiate with existing field technicians' as well as new field technicians to obtain and manage field technician information necessary for the company to be fully compliant. Retrieves assess for accuracy and escalate all field technicians past due invoices for payment, correction, or resolution. When resolution or correction is necessary, follow the process until invoice can be submitted for payment or denied. Resolve any field technician's non-compliance issues with regards to policy, procedures, and performance. Maintain and update field technician's internal database mapping and software. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management. Other relative duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of experience with the industry, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook Functional and working knowledge of computers Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Some experience with field technicians in the security related industry Ability to read and understand basic documents Effective time management and organizational skills Effective communication skills both verbal and in writing, good mathematical skills Understanding of basic security related products and skills Professional and polished in both appearance and speech Physical Demands
This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required. Work Environment
This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment. Qualification Requirements
