Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to build trust and rapport with a diverse customer base. Developing smart strategies to attract and secure new commercial business. Becoming the go-to vehicle expert by understanding your clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Preparing professional, customized proposals and quotes. Staying informed on the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and product innovations. Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals with confidence. Supporting the growth of our Commercial Sales Department with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. What We're Looking For: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish - required! Minimum 1 year of automotive commercial sales experience - required Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and fleet solutions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal oriented.
