*Responsibilities*

* Utilize software tools to create detailed estimates and manage project data.
* Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to assess project requirements and timelines.
* Conduct site visits to gather information on construction site conditions and materials needed.
* Prepare and present bid proposals, ensuring all costs are accounted for and competitive pricing is maintained.
* Negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
* Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and changes in project scope.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in Trimble Business Center software is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving cost control without compromising quality.
* Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical abilities for price estimation.
* Familiarity with contract law as it pertains to construction projects is a plus.
