Client Relations Specialist Job at The ClaimBridge Law Firm, PLLC in Laredo

As a Client Relations Specialist, you are part of a team of legal professionals and must work closely with our clients and the other members of your assigned case. This is an in-office position responsible for handling the needs of existing clients' claims, responding to inquiries from potential clients, and acquiring new clients seeking representation.

Client Relations Specialist Essential Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients daily to obtain pertinent information for their claim, complete the intake process, and assist the client in filling out necessary legal documents.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and their claim progression.
• Responsible for follow-up appointments with clients and communication to clients via phone calls, emails, and texts.
• Learn and fully utilize the programs and databases used in the Client Relations Specialist position.

• Clear Communication (Oral and Written), Follow-up, and Organization
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google)
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Sales experience preferred
• 1+ year of Data Entry/Clerical experience preferred
