This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy engagement focused on producing, testing, and optimizing creative that drives measurable results.

This contract will focus at the intersection of design, storytelling, and performance data. You’ll be expected to deliver scroll‑stopping ads and short‑form video, analyze performance, and iterate quickly based on what works.

Enjoy rapid testing, iteration, and optimization

Want flexibility while working on meaningful, growth‑focused campaigns

What You’ll Do

Concept, design, and execute performance‑driven creative for paid social, display, video, email, and landing pages

Independently produce static ads and short‑form video for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display

Collaborate with internal paid acquisition stakeholders to align creative with audiences, offers, and funnel goals

Ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines while adapting to platform‑specific best practices

Coordinate and collaborate with designers or freelancers as needed

Stay current on emerging ad formats, creative trends, and platform changes, proactively testing new approaches

Ensure all creative deliverables meet high standards for performance, quality, and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

8–10 years of experience in performance marketing creative, growth design, or digital advertising (DTC or subscription experience preferred)

Proven track record of building and optimizing creative that drives results (CTR, CVR, ROAS)

Deep understanding of platform‑specific creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or professional video editing tools (Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut Pro, etc.)

Comfortable working directly with performance data and ad platform reporting

Strong visual storytelling, copy editing, and creative problem‑solving skills

Self‑directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment

Portfolio We strongly encourage applicants to share a portfolio or work samples demonstrating performance‑oriented creative, such as:

Short‑form paid video ads

Static paid social assets

Motion graphics

A/B‑tested creative variations tied to measurable outcomes
