Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute vehicle acquisition strategies to support dealership inventory needs.
Oversee trade-in programs, evaluating customer vehicles and maximizing value for the dealership.
Manage and mentor acquisition staff or coordinators, ensuring consistent follow-up and professional service.
Generate and track acquisition leads through phone, email, and in-person outreach.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and management teams to optimize customer retention and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, inventory data, and customer preferences to guide acquisition decisions.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
Support dealership initiatives, campaigns, and additional tasks as needed.
Acquisition Specialist Benefits And Compensation Pay range: $7,500 - $15,000 per month

Proven experience in automotive acquisition, sales management, or dealership operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer engagement ability.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to trade-ins and vehicle acquisition.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
