What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support day-to-day product development activities across pharmacy eligibility, prior authorizations, and real-time pharmacy benefits
Act as a liaison between product management, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand and support business strategy requirements
Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
Analyze performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and keep clients informed of issues and resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Experience in business analysis supporting technical teams, preferably in pharmacy, payer, or provider workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with pharmacy processes
Knowledge of IIBA principles and practices
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Background in payer or provider workflows is a plus
