We’re seeking a dynamic RN leader to oversee one of the busiest Emergency Departments in downtown San Antonio. This hospital operates the largest ER in the area, serving as a Level IV Trauma and Chest Pain Center–accredited facility.
The Director will report to the CNO and lead a team of ~100 FTEs driving: Clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance Efficient patient throughput and operational excellence Strong financial and labor management High employee engagement Continued improvement in patient experience Qualifications: Active RN license Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred Acute care leadership experience required Emergency Services experience strongly preferred
