What You’ll Do
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with a consultative, client-first approach
Source, structure, and negotiate commercial transactions from start to finish
Build on an existing book of business while cultivating long-term client relationships
Provide strategic guidance, market insights, and tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with fellow brokers in a team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
Demonstrated transaction history and established client relationships
Strong local market knowledge and deal execution skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and professionalism
Flexible, competitive commission structurePersonalized marketing and administrative support
Strong local brand with a reputation for trust and results
