We are looking to add a motivated
Commercial Real Estate Broker
to join our brokerage team in
COLUMBUS, OHIO . This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, competitive, and driven to build a long‑term career in commercial real estate. You’ll work directly on retail leasing and investment assignments while developing relationships with national, regional, and local retailers and property owners. Responsibilities
Source and secure new retail leasing and investment opportunities Prospect landlords, tenants, developers, and investors Conduct market research and site analysis Tour properties with clients and coordinate deals from start to finish Collaborate with senior brokers and leadership on strategy and execution What We’re Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self‑motivation Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and prospecting Strong work ethic and desire to grow income through performance Ohio real estate license (or willingness to obtain quickly) Prior sales, brokerage, or real estate experience is a plus (but not required) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Must be located in Columbus, OH What We Offer
