Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues including repairing leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, water heaters, and fixture replacements with precision and expertise Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems and clearly explain repair and replacement options Present solutions and recommendations that best fit the customer’s needs and home while maintaining integrity and professionalism Conduct thorough inspections of structures, locate and mark positions of pipes, connections, and necessary passage holes within walls and floors for seamless plumbing work Interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical plans when needed Build and repair plumbing systems including gas, water, sewer, and steam systems as required Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities using provided technology Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction through project completion Why join our team

Three (3)+ years of experience in residential plumbing service Comfortable discussing repair vs. replacement options and presenting solutions to homeowners Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Proficiency in plumbing techniques and procedures, including the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and layouts accurately Ability to handle the physical demands associated with plumbing tasks Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Valid driver’s license Please submit a copy of your resume for consideration!
