Director, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

to serve as a trusted partner to executive and business leaders, enabling data‑driven decisions that strengthen financial performance and long‑term shareholder value. This role provides leadership for financial planning and analysis across the technology and operations divisions, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities Oversees budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, period-end close, and strategic investments while ensuring regulatory compliance Serves as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and executive management on financial performance, profitability, and fiscal control Monitors, analyzes, and reports on divisional financial results and large-scale technology investments Partners cross-functionally to align strategic initiatives with financial outcomes Presents insights, recommendations, and financial strategies to senior and executive leadership Builds, leads, and develops a high-performing finance team Drives automation and process improvement to enable higher-value financial analysis Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related enterprise initiatives Proven leadership and people management experience Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills across technical, financial, and executive audiences Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization Experience with Hyperion preferred; familiarity with SQL, Business Objects, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar tools a plus Locations:
