Hours Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Responsibilities Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide support and service to our customers and sales staff

Operate as a coordinator and tracker of order activity with customers, from inception of the order to delivery of the product

Regular communication with multiple areas within the company including loading dock, transportation, logistics and customer purchasing/receiving departments

Serve as an information provider and general problem solver on all orders and provide service to customers

Other tasks will be working with the sales department and other internal areas as needed including scheduling to assist in getting product for customer orders

Offer an enhanced level of assistance to account managers and service and support to their customers

Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Customer Service Representative position should possess the following:

Excellent communication skills

English / Spanish bilingual communication skills highly recommended

Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work in stressful circumstances and handle all types of personalities and levels of authority

Ability to manage a high volume of emails and respond promptly

Must be driven and goal oriented

Self-Disciplined and Resourceful

Must be punctual

Ability to work with little or no supervision

Must Have:

Minimum High School Education or Equivalent

General office skills

Professional Appearance

Professional Attitude

Good Work Ethic

Computer Experience (including Microsoft Word and Excel)

Previous experience with heavy phone work

Reasoning and problem-solving ability

3+ Years customer service experience

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
