Parts Specialist I Location:
Kansas City Metro

Position Summary Parts Specialist I plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse organization. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do
Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP
Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments
Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies and replenishes stock in the towers
Responsible for monitoring inventory to ensure accuracy
Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
Participate in weekly afterhours on call rotation
Participate in company‑provided training and apply knowledge appropriately (daily processes)
Help always maintain a neat and orderly parts room
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent or work experience in a related field
Proficient knowledge and experience with computers including MS Office
SAP experience preferred
Experience operating a forklift preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/priorities
Must be able to follow directions and take instruction
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co‑workers, clients, customers, and the general public
Other Requirements
Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Real ID‑compliant driver’s license or other TSA approved alternative form of identification required for travel
