
Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and/or take orders from Providers/customers
Responsibilities
Maintain standard 5S expectations
Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Answer incoming calls to Customer Service Representative's direct line and the Customer Service queue
Take and enter quotes and orders from Providers or Sales Representatives via phone, fax, e-mail
Handle order cancelations
Assist with hot rush orders, product quotes, return calls, and voice mail
Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
Required Skills
Must be a team player, professional, highly detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to multi‑task, problem‑solve, and prioritize in a fast‑paced working environment
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Excellent web navigation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Required Experience
1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment
Preferred Experience
Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
