
The Inside Sales Representative will handle high volume incoming sales and customer inquiries, make outbound sales calls and will maintain our high standards of customer service.
Key Job Responsibilities
Answer high volume of incoming calls Conduct outbound phone calls within established sales protocol Effectively identify sales opportunities Actively listen to customer’s requests and concerns Create orders and quotes promptly and accurately Answer all customer’s automotive parts and general inquiries Gather and maintain customer profile information Maintain clear records in CRM Available Monday thru Saturday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Requirements
Knowledge of auto parts or the automotive industry Must have reliable transportation Communication, must communicate professionally with all customers and teammates Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English Dress code, must maintain a professional appearance at all work times Benefits

Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required. Employee also share the responsibility to perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
