Oversee and standardize operational reporting to measure KPIs, client outcomes, financials, and employee performance. Partner with COO, CCO, and Director of Finance to align service delivery with profitability targets. Lead weekly and monthly operational check‑ins, reporting upward to the COO and across to other executives. Present operational updates and department scorecards during leadership meetings.
