We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the executive team and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the executive team and clientele, screening messages and notifying of important information, and overseeing schedules and other arrangements as needed. You’ll also be responsible for organizing the CRM, marketing coordination, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities

Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions

Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders

Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele

Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker

Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

High school diploma or equivalent required

Real estate experience preferred but not required

Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service

2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant

Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills

Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines

Compensation $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
