We’re looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service professional to manage project orders from intake through shipment while delivering excellent customer support.
What You’ll Do
Process and manage project orders for jobsite and distributor delivery Prepare job documentation, submittals, and Job Summary sheets Track orders to ensure on-time shipment and expedite when needed Resolve order issues and handle RGAs Partner with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and profitability What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders Calm, professional approach to problem-solving Team player with a proactive mindset Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
