As a Regional Sales Analyst on our Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) team, you will directly support the Regional Sales Managers as well as the Vice President for AOMS. You will play a vital part in strengthening AOMS sales effectiveness by driving business analytics such as gathering, validating, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making and support market growth plans.
You will report to the Midwest Regional Sales Manager. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States, with a preference towards candidates in the Pittsburgh, PA region.
Key Responsibilities
Support Regional Sales Managers on a day-to-day basis to drive overall AOMS sales.
Support Regional Sales Managers for large complex projects for capture strategy development and execution, including value proposition development, external partnership agreements, target price setting, target budget and value pricing.
Management of all AOMS D365 opportunities forecast and data quality (e.g., award dates, dollar value, opportunity category).
Integrating communications and time‑management between sales and operation & global market to ensure alignment.
Gathering D365 and PowerBI data on a regional basis to support decision‑making.
Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to present insight Sales Managers & Senior Leadership.
Participate in project planning, task prioritization, and timeline development.
Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Provide updates, documentation, and status reports to Regional Sales Managers.
Identify gaps between current process and desired outcomes.
Create documentation, training aids and user guides to support roll out and adoption of new organization and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
1 year of relevant work experience.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200.00 to $86,500.00 per year.
