Sales Manager
to help us
build, train, and lead a high-performing virtual and field-based sales team
focused on solar and security solutions.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team focused on
solar and home security consultations . This role combines leadership, training, and hands-on sales support. You’ll work closely with homeowners to educate them on solar and security options while building a scalable team that delivers ethical, customer-first solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage Solar & Security Sales Representatives.
Lead virtual onboarding and ongoing sales training.
Support reps with consultations, presentations, and closing strategies.
Track team performance and drive goal achievement.
Coach ethical, customer-focused selling practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong communication with homeowners and team members.
Qualifications:
Sales leadership or management experience preferred.
Background in solar, security, roofing, or in-home sales is a plus.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Comfortable leading a team in both virtual and in-field environments.
Reliable transportation.
Professional mindset with a growth-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual earnings:
$80,000-$150,000+.
Weekly draw against commissions.
Performance and referral bonuses.
Mileage and cell phone reimbursement.
