Sales Manager
to help us build, train, and lead a high‑performing virtual and field‑based sales team focused on solar and security solutions.
Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team focused on solar and home security consultations. This role combines leadership, training, and hands‑on sales support. You’ll work closely with homeowners to educate them on solar and security options while building a scalable team that delivers ethical, customer‑first solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage Solar & Security Sales Representatives.
Lead virtual onboarding and ongoing sales training.
Support reps with consultations, presentations, and closing strategies.
Track team performance and drive goal achievement.
Coach ethical, customer‑focused selling practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong communication with homeowners and team members.
Qualifications
Sales leadership or management experience preferred.
Background in solar, security, roofing, or in‑home sales is a plus.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.
Comfortable leading a team in both virtual and in‑field environments.
Reliable transportation.
Professional mindset with a growth‑oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$150,000+.
Weekly draw against commissions.
Performance and referral bonuses.
Mileage and cell phone reimbursement.
