Strategic Partnerships Manager: E-Commerce
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and scale revenue producing relationships across the e-commerce ecosystem. This role is for someone who understands how agencies, platforms, and technology partners drive deals and wants real ownership, overturning those relationships into measurable revenue. You will have visibility, influence, and accountability, with the mandate to grow ShipperHQ’s partner channel in a meaningful way.
About Us ShipperHQ is a trusted leader in the e-commerce shipping space, with over 15 years of experience helping merchants deliver better checkout experiences. Founded in 2009, we power shipping logic and checkout optimization for thousands of brands, from DTC disruptors to enterprise retailers, in 150+ countries. Based in Austin with a global team, we’re a fast-moving, product-led company shaping the future of e-commerce logistics.
What You’ll Do: You will manage and grow a portfolio of agency, platform, and technology partnerships within the e-commerce ecosystem, with responsibility for turning those relationships into consistent pipeline and revenue. This role is hands‑on and commercial, focused on building trust with partners and translating collaboration into real business outcomes.
Manage and expand relationships with e-commerce agencies, platforms, and technology partners
Support partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue by identifying and progressing qualified opportunities
Collaborate with Sales on partner‑led deals, from introduction through close
Execute joint marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives with partners
Equip partners with clear positioning and enablement to effectively introduce ShipperHQ to their clients
Track partner activity, pipeline contribution, and outcomes to inform improvements
Represent ShipperHQ: Participate in events, webinars, and community initiatives to strengthen brand visibility
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to support partner‑led opportunities, execute joint go‑to‑market efforts, and help refine how ShipperHQ engages with partners as the program continues to scale.
What we’re looking for:
3 – 5 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital agency partnerships, account management, or business development
Strong understanding of the e‑commerce ecosystem
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
Revenue‑driven and accountable: motivated by outcomes, owns agency/partner revenue targets, and delivers measurable impact
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools (incl. prompt‑based workflows) for research and analysis, coupled with strong critical thinking and quality control habits to validate outputs and avoid “AI slop” in deliverables
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Why ShipperHQ? This is a highly fast‑paced environment where no two days will look alike. For the right candidate, with the right attitude, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression. We are an agile, fast‑moving team that likes to roll up our sleeves and solve some of the biggest issues in shipping. You will learn more at ShipperHQ in a year than you would in 3 years at other companies, thanks to our collaborative learning culture that fosters continuous growth and innovation.
Benefits and Perks:
Collaborate with a motivated team, directly tying your results to organizational success
22 days of PTO plus public holidays
401k Match
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Maternity and Paternity Leave
This is a hybrid, full‑time position working out of our Austin, TX office
Compensation is based on experience
At ShipperHQ, we’re proud to be a team that’s as diverse as the merchants we serve. As a member of the e‑commerce community, we take responsibility to empower shops large and small to grow and thrive through the power of technology to heart. With honesty, responsiveness, and innovation at the center of all we do, we remain committed to hiring the right people for the job, regardless of race, background, religion, or eccentricity.
