Key Responsibilities
Meet with residential and commercial clients on‑site to understand their needs and vision
Create detailed landscape designs tailored to each client's goals
Provide accurate project estimates and present design proposals
Follow up with clients to secure project approvals and finalize design contracts
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure design intent is executed properly
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of landscaping trends, plants, materials, and technology
Use digital tools and software to create, revise, and present landscape plans
Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape design or a related field
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in landscape architecture or design is a plus
Must hold a professional certification in landscape design
Strong design and visualization skills, with proficiency in landscape design software
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
