What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and sell primary care products to healthcare providers, driving sales performance within the assigned territory
Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, product efficacy, and safety profiles to support appropriate prescribing
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Address customer objections and exceed expectations while adhering to ethical and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with product launches
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
