What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement a local strategy and business plan to enhance sales performance within the assigned territory
Address customer objections and exceed expectations through effective communication and relationship‑building
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Marketing experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
