What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance independently and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement a strategic business plan in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
Utilize emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and continuously improve proficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Exceptional written, organizational, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Teams
Experience in marketing and commercial roles within the biotech/pharma industry
Ability to analyze and convey complex information effectively
