What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Educate and engage healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets meet or exceed expectations
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop and implement local strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Provide special education programs to healthcare providers in alignment with company guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused roleStrong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Product launch experience is a plus
Knowledge of territory and established relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar-based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes
Skills in clinical knowledge within the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
