Job Responsibilities
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales forecasts and assigned budgets
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Develop local strategies and business plans to enhance sales performance within the assigned territory
Provide special education to healthcare providers and collaborate with commercial colleagues for strategic planning
Qualifications
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or related transferable sales experience
Proven track record of high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Product launch experience is a plus
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with an understanding of financial processes and Market Access
Knowledge of the regulatory environment within the biotech/pharma industry
