What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on‑label prescribing
Drive sales performance independently to meet or exceed sales forecasts and assigned budgets
Build and maintain professional relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive appropriate utilization of primary care product(s)
Provide special education to healthcare providers through approved programs, adhering to company guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales‑focused role
Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
Demonstrated ethical behavior and compliance with company policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in product launches
Established relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory
Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, and calendar‑based call planning tools
Marketing and commercial experience with knowledge of the biotech/pharma regulatory environment
